I think my configuration is not at all compatible with the plugin

Hi, I'm trying to use this plugin, but unfortunately I'm afraid my machine isn't compatible with it at all...

I'm currently on a shared server (so I don't have certain access rights, such as root, etc.).

I have a base URL (e.g., https://exemple.com/wernox/jellyfin), but the plugin doesn't seem to take it into account (I get lots of errors because the link is incorrect).

Hello!
The logs you shared belong to the fallback physical patching mechanism, which is only used when In-Memory Injection is not available. These logs are not critical at the moment — the main and important part is the In-Memory Injection system, which injects JMSFusion directly into Jellyfin’s web interface in RAM without requiring any file system write access.

If in the JMSFusion settings panel you see:

In-Memory Injection
✅ In-memory injection is active.
You don’t need to patch; physical write is not required.

then JMSFusion has been successfully injected and is working.

In our previous discussions, we noticed that requests were going through the domain address instead of the Jellyfin server address, while in-memory injection was still working.

So if you see ✅ In-memory injection is active, could you please share your browser Network logs (DevTools → Network) with your domain hidden/blurred?
That will allow us to pinpoint the actual issue more accurately.

), the domain address and a test user account that has limited library access and no administrator privileges?

Before doing that, please uninstall the plugin, reinstall it, and try again, and also refresh the Jellyfin homepage using Ctrl + F5 to make sure the web interface cache is fully cleared.
