Commercial & Proprietary Licensing

pse-vcipher-collapse is released under the GNU Affero General Public License v3.0 (AGPLv3) — see LICENSE. Under AGPLv3 §13, if you modify this software or use it to provide a network service, you must make your corresponding source available to users under the same terms.

When you need a commercial license

Obtain a separate commercial / proprietary license (no copyleft obligation) to:

• integrate pse-vcipher-collapse into a closed-source product or internal service;
• offer a hosted/SaaS service without publishing your backend;
• ship it in proprietary firmware, an appliance, or an OEM product;
• obtain warranty, indemnification, or a support/SLA arrangement.

Standard open-core dual licensing: the same code under AGPLv3 (free, copyleft) or a commercial license (paid).
