Looking for one public ERC-4337 testnet fixture for independent network-evidence validation

Hi, I’m working on an independent open-source project called Network Evidence.

The idea is deliberately narrow: given an exact onchain action, independently reconstruct what the underlying network itself supports about it — without turning execution, settlement and finality into the same claim.

I’m currently validating the ERC-4337 integration against real external fixtures.

Would anyone be willing to point me to one public testnet UserOperation for which I can retrieve:

the UserOperation hash
the bundle transaction hash
the corresponding UserOperationEvent

Base Sepolia, OP Sepolia or another public Rundler-supported testnet would be perfect.

No integration work or private data is needed on your side, one reproducible public example is enough. I’ll build the evidence reconstruction myself and can share the result back here.

Here is one reproducible Base Sepolia fixture (EntryPoint v0.6):

BaseScan decodes the corresponding UserOperationEvent in the receipt with success = true.

For an independent reconstruction:

1. Fetch eth_getTransactionReceipt for the bundle transaction.
2. Select the log emitted by the EntryPoint whose topic0 is 0x49628fd1471006c1482da88028e9ce4dbb080b815c9b0344d39e5a8e6ec1419f (the UserOperationEvent signature).
3. Confirm that topic1 equals the UserOperation hash above.
4. Decode the remaining indexed topics and data, then pin the receipt's blockNumber and blockHash when evaluating confirmations/finality.

One important evidence boundary: this proves inclusion and execution of that ERC-4337 operation, but the chain receipt alone does not prove which bundler submitted it. If you specifically need Rundler provenance, retain a Rundler submission/receipt trace alongside the onchain evidence.
