Potential contribution - blur unwatched episode preview images

Would a feature to toggle blur for unwatched preview images be welcome? I'd be happy to look into contributing, with AI assistance.

I have read and, if I contribute, will abide by Jellyfin's policy regarding AI use.

I guess the main issue I can foresee is feature parity on all the Jellyfin supported apps - I could also contribute to iOS and web if that's desired, but lack other devices for full testing across all offerings.
