It would be nice for global audience if there is a English translation feature in the app to use it's hard to use it since it only supports Chinese.

In fact, most of the data sources here are from Chinese community, for example Mikan Project and Anime Garden. Thus, there are only subtitles in Chinese obviously.
Maybe u can try Seanime. It's an English app to watch anime, which can also get the video through BitTorrent or online source with English subtitles.
