Would I be able to run part 4 of GGIR on my zero-count data to get sleep metrics if the file format does not match one-to-one to your supported formats, but it is in the .csv format? |

I have actigraphy count data in a format similar to the Actigraph13.csv file linked as an example in the documentation, with variables for zero-crossing counts, total energy, and time above threshold, in 60s epochs, using 50 mg thresholds for energy and zero-crossing.
According to the cookbook and the documentation, externally derived data can be used with GGIR. Could you provide guidance on the feasibility of using GGIR to analyze these data?
