[✨ FEATURE] Allow more filtering/sorting options for job selector

1. Sort the job selector by any column
2. Allow preconfiguring the sort/filter of the job selector. E.g. allow me to set default to reverse chronological, excluding COMPLETED/FAILED jobs

Hi, I would like to work on this issue. I believe I have found an appropriate solution and have already implemented it. The changes include column sorting via clickable headers and two new props (default_sort and default_filters) for pre-configuring the sort and filter state on load. The implementation is covered by 39 frontend unit tests at 90.89% statement coverage and 11 Python integration tests. I am happy to open a PR for review.

Hi @arcanaxion — I'd like to work on this. To confirm scope before I start: are both asks (1. sortable-by-any-column, and 2. preconfigured default sort/filter e.g. reverse-chronological, excluding COMPLETED/FAILED) expected in the same PR, or would you prefer them split into two smaller PRs for easier review? Happy to go either way — just want to scope it right from the start.
