Full stack JavaScript developer who also builds and maintains the infrastructure that code runs on. I like systems: the app layer, the server it lives on, the network it talks to. Most people stop at one of those. I want all three.

I run ChanceIT Studio LLC, a solo dev shop building flat-rate custom software for small businesses, mostly in real estate and trades/construction. No templates. I build what the client actually needs, host it myself, and maintain it after launch.

I'm also actively looking for a full time remote role. Full stack JavaScript is my strongest lane (React, Express, Node, Prisma, PostgreSQL), and I'm just as interested in DevOps and systems work: Docker, self-hosted infrastructure, ZFS, CI/CD, the whole stack from code to server to network.
