NormalMap Paint didnt work with me on android

Hello , Thank you for the asset
the use "NormalMap Paint" feature didn't work with me on android, i tested it multiple devices that i have
Do you have any idea why ?

I am using Unity 2019.4 with Graphics API set to Vulkan
