Reproduction steps

When Disguise is active, the IMS state becomes UNREGISTERED.

Expected and actual result

The VOLTE icon is displayed but 4G turns off when a call comes in, even after it has been restored.

Please try the brand-new v4.0.1! 😊 It fixes several issues, including the Apply/Restore failure.

Note: If you change both the Country Code and SIM Operator, it is expected that calls and SMS will be disconnected. For Samsung Apps, please change the SIM Operator only.
