[Bug] Yandex Disk link don't work on android but work on PC

I want to download the texture mod from gba temp of silent hill 4. But the link is yandex. When i try to download in android it says error and never work. But on PC it works fine.
I use the same wifi and same version 1.10.4. also try to download from abdm browser in android
