Docs-only. The feature bullets were re-explaining what the read/cache/arrival table under "Purpose of this demo" already lays out. They are now one line each and name the feature, and the table keeps the detail. The gates get their own bullet after Partial Prefetching, matching the mail demo's README and the component placement in #3.
