But I'm still confused about what exactly the dataset you have used. According to your paper, there are 226 NT subjects and 202 ASD subjects in the dataset. But from ABIDE Preprocessed, it says there exist 539 ASDs and 573 NTs. What's more, according to FCP, these samples were collected from 33 sites and consists of 1200+ rs-fmri dataset. So, I'm a bit of confused what exactly the datasets I have to download. And where can I get the corresponding IQ sores, still from this page ABIDE Preprocessed?
