Publish the production deployment and address register

Summary

Publish the final production deployment record after all four chain releases, without blocking pre-audit architecture documentation on deployments that do not yet exist.

Scope

• Record router, registry, quoter, governance, and relevant Setwise pool addresses per chain.
• Link every address to its deployment manifest, audited commit, verification result, and explorer.
• Record chain capabilities, enabled sources, ownership, timelocks, guardians, and release dates.
• Link RFQ API production endpoints and operational status documentation without exposing secrets.

Acceptance criteria

• Ethereum, BSC, Base, and Robinhood Chain production entries are complete.
• Every address is independently verified against its manifest and audited source.
• Governance and emergency roles are documented.
• The register has an owner and update procedure.

Dependencies

• All four mainnet releases.
