Expected: if the docs say Aider consumes the generated AGENTS.md, then either Aider loads it automatically or the docs give the step that loads it (aider --read AGENTS.md, or read: AGENTS.md in .aider.conf.yml).

Actual: README L510 says the compiler writes "a standard AGENTS.md recognized by Aider, Cline, and Continue". README L691-694, docs/install.md L26/L163 and adapters/generic/README.md send Aider users to generic. Aider has no AGENTS.md auto-load: 0 references in its Python source, and its own docs load conventions only via /read or --read (https://aider.chat/docs/usage/conventions.html). An Aider user following the docs gets an AGENTS.md that Aider never reads, and no doc tells them how to fix that. The dedicated aider adapter's attempt at this uses an invalid key (see the separate aider P0).
