Connect Agent BridgeClient to guest transport

What

Connect the guest Agent runtime to the framed host bridge with a bounded request encoder, fail-closed response decoder, health handshake, and agent ask command.

Why

This completes the next v0.6.0 milestone step by converting host responses into the existing typed Plan pipeline without bypassing validation, safety, or the constrained executor.

How to test

• python3 scripts/test_agent_bridge.py
• python3 scripts/test_fake_llm_bridge.py
• go vet -tags testing -unsafeptr=false ./...
• make test
• python3 scripts/test_boot.py
• Run make run-agent-transport, start python3 scripts/agent_bridge.py --socket /tmp/davos-agent.sock, then run agent mode llm and agent ask show me the files.

Pre-flight

• gofmt -l . prints nothing
• go vet -tags testing -unsafeptr=false ./... is clean
• make test passes
• python3 scripts/test_boot.py passes
• Every commit includes a valid Signed-off-by: Human Name <email> trailer
• Every commit materially affected by AI includes the AI-Assisted-by trailer described in AI_POLICY.md
• PR is a single concern (no drive-by cleanups)
