I'm a developer from Brazil and the founder of Kite.
I've worked at Hostinger and at TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) in Hungary. These days, I'm building Kite and working on projects around AI, automation, and customer experience.
I like being involved in both the product and the code: figuring out what needs to be built, putting it together, and working through the details that only show up once you start using it.
Kite is where most of my focus goes. The idea is to let teams define Customer Success logic in code: when a customer is activated, how their health is calculated, and what puts them at risk.
Those definitions live in TypeScript, with version control and a CLI. Product events feed into them, so teams can see where a customer stands and understand why.
For this case study, I built an AI customer-service experience for a fictional restaurant. It brings together chat, voice, orders, reservations, and CRM integration, with an operator able to take over the conversation.
I also built an interactive 3D restaurant with Three.js as the entry point. The rest runs on Next.js, Python, CrewAI, and Azure.
TypeScript, React, and Next.js for web applications. Python and FastAPI for backend services. CrewAI and Azure for AI and voice, plus Three.js when a project calls for something more visual.
