The mentoring figures come from the Google years, the efficiency and security results from the BDO years. The span comes from the first role to now.
MCP servers and agent tooling. Proxmox disaster recovery over MCP with pre-flight checks, a production-grade TypeScript MCP starter, WatchBot for homelab and social monitoring, and an OpenCode plugin for live model routing.
Infrastructure I actually operate. A 24-container Proxmox homelab run as code: GitOps and IaC in HCL, a macOS-inspired Arch dotfiles setup on KDE, tmux, and ghostty, and infrastructure that has survived a real disk failure. OmaSwitch is an Alt-Tab overlay for Omarchy, written in QML.
AI products past the prototype. FocusTube, a distraction-free learning feed, and health-visualizer, which turns an Apple Health export into something you can ask questions of. SlideFusion is an AI-assisted presentation workspace on Next.js, tRPC, and Prisma.

- Start with the workflow and the failure modes before choosing the implementation shape.
- Keep systems observable, typed, and boring where reliability matters most.
- Document tradeoffs clearly, so teams can change direction without losing context.
- Use evidence, tests, and operational feedback to decide when an abstraction has earned its keep.
