Synchronization with PTP

Scripts and/or docker containers for ptp synchronization across machines on the same network segments.

Laundry list

• add a simple docker file
• add docker file for slave clock
• use config files in docker files
• make sure docker files work correctly with config files
• write the logs to file instead of std
