I build software that runs where the user is: the GPU under the desk, the phone in a pocket, the box bolted to a factory line. Vision systems, wearables, provisioning, and the glue that keeps them running without a datacenter.
Most of what is here is self-hosted on purpose. If it needs a cloud account to try, I probably did not write it.
| What it is | |
|---|---|
| isobake | Unattended Ubuntu install ISOs from one YAML file: composable presets, a unique hostname and password per machine, full-disk encryption that unlocks from the TPM or a USB key, and a QEMU boot test so the stick works the first time. |
| turnwise | Self-hosted meeting transcription for conversations that switch between Hindi and English mid-sentence. A native Android app keeps the last hours of audio on the phone, so a conversation can be sent after it happened; your own GPU turns it into Hinglish in Latin script with an English line per turn, speakers named once and recognised in every later recording, and a chat that answers from the transcripts and plays the exact moments it drew on. Web app, CLI and Claude Code skill included. |
| greenroom | A chat window into a repo for someone who does not code. They describe the change on their phone, watch it in a preview, press Send, and you get a pull request. Works with hosted or local models; eleven of them compared. Article · Film |
| skills | Skills and plugins I use with coding agents every day: a pipeline that produces a narrated demo film with no screen, no microphone and nobody at the keyboard; a cowork mode that hands back a verified file; a tool that strips vendor branding from an editor extension. npx skills add samotherguy/skills |
| streaming-party | Watch local video files together with friends, with shared play, pause and seek. |
| sish_deploy | Docker Compose for sish, a self-hosted tunnel for reaching machines behind NAT. |
